Having a thoughtful internship program means worthwhile opportunities for the interns, the hiring managers, and the company as a whole. Interns participate in planned activities, team huddles, and project work wherein they utilize and explore developing interests and skills. Hiring managers meanwhile gain added capacity and fresh perspectives within their teams. And by providing exposure to incoming professionals, the company creates organic brand ambassadors and helps build the next generation of talent.
